Damian Lazarus first ever release on Crosstown
Following months of negotiations, legal wranglings, blood sweat and tears, Crosstown have finally secured a record from label boss Damian Lazarus. Actually it wasn't that difficult but nevertheless we are still extremely excited that the main man decided to give us the brilliant "Different Now" to release on CRM076.
Featuring Lazarus' own lyrics and voice, this is in fact the first track that Damian produced solely alone (as opposed to with his previous collaborators Arthur Jeffes, Luke Solomon and Appendics Shuffle).
The original, which has been receiving mad love from djs across the globe, has been remixed to perfection by Art Department, Portable aka Bodycode and by Dead Seal and a 500 copy limited double vinyl, which has been painstakingly hand stamped in red and grey, will be available from May 23rd.
