- Loveland (Instrumental)
- Dom Dum feat. Lillia
- B-Boy Jungle feat. Lillia
The irrepressible duo of Joeski and Doc Martin join forces once again for an epic release that is destined to tear up dance-floors across the globe. Their Loveland EP, that sees them once again enlisting the vocal talent of Lillia, is due to drop on Rebellion in May.
The EP opens up with Loveland , a surefire dancefloor destroyer. What begins as a dark and ominous techno number is given an element of warmth as Lillia’s angelic yet soulful vocals glide through the thudding bass. Dom Dum is the peaktime track – layered to perfection, throbbing back and forth, you can’t resist moving to it. B-Boy Jungle takes the EP off in a different direction. The broken percussion kicks off proceedings before delving back into a groove-laden beat. Doc Martin says of creating the record that it “was a tonne of fun to work on and it really works on the floor”, which is immediately apparent on the first listen.
American heavyweights Joeski and D oc Martin are held in high esteem in the scene, bringing a wealth of DJing and production experience to the table. Between them they’ve played at some of the world’s most notorious clubs and events including DC10, Miami Music Week and Fabric. It’s no surprise then that the meeting of these two musical minds results in pure, dance-floor fire. Their previous productions have seen them join forces on Poker Flat Recordings and Lapsus Music, with Lillia lending her vocal talent to both releases.
