Crosstown Rebels is delighted to announce the release of what will certainly be heralded as the dopest and deepest techno albums of the year.

‘Endless Forms’ by Rebels newcomer Butane is an intricate weave of gorgeous melodic and industrial techno patterns. And here, in the first offering from the album is a surefire, late night killer that has been igniting dancefloors from Fabric to the Panorama Bar since being mailed to a handful of the globe’s finest DJs a few weeks ago.

‘Mutation’ is the sound of future techno; where atmospheric hearts dance and sing in smoke filled rooms. “I view everything in the world in terms of evolution”, says US born Butane, “Taking the notion that the complexity that surrounds us has developed from ultimate simplicity.” This simplicity marks ‘Endless Forms’ as one of the more minimally constructed releases on Crosstown Rebels.

Remixes on this excellent package come courtesy of two rising stars in the dancefloor community; SIS made a huge debut last year, producing two of the year’s biggest records, ‘Trompeta’ and ‘Nescrib’. Offering a rare remix for the Rebels, his take on ‘Mutation’ is electric, suspenseful and full of power. Already attracting lots of attention, it’s depth in quality will make it a certain club hit.

Co-founder of the excellent Circus Company label, Sety is a fierce activist of the Parisien electronic music scene. After a few years break from production he recently returned to high acclaim. The horns of his remix attain a fanfare feel resulting in a bouncy and animalistic remix that raises the spirit.

Butane (AKA Andrew Rasse) hails from St Louis in the Midwestern United States and recently relocated to the electronic musical heart of Berlin where he lives alongside fellow Rebel artists Seth Troxler and Lee Curtiss. Butane has a musical range that seamlessly blends groovy, sexy, peak-time techno to warm, deep, cerebral house music. Technically gifted, with an ear for deepness and not afraid to take the new avenues, this year will bring his unique talent to the attention of all.

‘Endless Forms’ will be released on Crosstown Rebels later this year with a forthcoming second single featuring remixes from Kalabrese and Anja Schneider.
